Ok: So I love vegan and vegetarian food. And I love to eat organic and raw whenever I can (afford to!). I was actually vegetarian for 3.5 years, and when I lived alone, I think I may have bought meat about 3 times... I never missed meat/chicken for a SECOND. I did miss sushi, so I did allow myself the occasional fish meal, which probably benefitted my protein and healthy fat intake. Now I live with a - very - carnivorous male. Who loves cheese. Above all things. So an entirely vegan diet is probably a little out of the question, but I plan to sneak a few things past him every now and again! :)
Especially now that I've found Averie's vegan recipes... OMG! Vegan chocolate!!!
